The Photon Farms Studio has taken several forms over the years. After our recent migration to the southwest side, I've been blessed to be able to transform an old weight room and cupboard under the stairs into a studio, study, prayer room, office and reading room (aka our 'Weading Womb'!).
The biggest supporter and benefactor to this endeavor (as with all my creative and artistic ventures) has been my beloved bride. Thank you my love. Words cannot express my grattitude for your support now and always.
Here are some things that happen in our studio:
- Visio Divina cards are designed.
- School Studies are done toward my certificate in Spiritual Direction.
- Research and work is done on the Photon Farms web site and other sites I support and assist.
- Music and chant is recorded.
- Sax, guitar, bass, keyboard is practiced.
- Lead Zoom recovery meetings for the Calix Society.
- Study and prep for prison ministry.
- Inspiring books are read.
- Morning and sometimes evening prayers are said with symbols of the heavenly host praying all around me.
- Candles are often lit and sometimes even incense is burned.
- Relaxing and reading in the 'Weading Womb' happens, sometimes with grand children.
- Grand children play in the 'weading womb' while their momma uses the office when I'm away.
- I sometimes even use the office to do for profit work (Building Automation System Coaching and Design).
As you can see, a lot happens here.
